Most restaurants are using ready made processed prepared food and even worse many of them are pre-cooked by somebody else(pre-cooked kit seller). It’s easy for them to reduce the cost and time to prepare.
I’m not blaming for the use of a pre-made food as we also use “Tod Mun Pla”(fish cake) however if they are using too much of “ready made kits” then it’s a different story… We at Baan May cook pretty much everything from scratch. We also do grocery shopping everyday especially for buying vegetables so we can serve fresh food.
